A COMPOSED PAIR OF .650 PERCUSSION DOUBLE-BARRELLED OFFICER or HOWDAH PISTOLS, UNSIGNED, no visible serial numbers,
Continental, probably Belgian, one with false damascus 8 3/4in. barrels, the other with twist iron, plain breech-blocks, scroll engraved top-tangs, sparsely engraved back-action locks with moulded hammers, walnut half-stocks with chequered grips swelling at the flat-based pommels, both with white metal traps, white metal trigger guard bows and under-barrel iron ramrods (one absent)
